Ice Cream Base ("Ice Cream")

4 cups Half & Half, Light Cream, or Heavy Cream

1 (14oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 tbsp Vanilla Extract

In a large  bowl, combine ingredients; mix well.  Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
